These terms cover this website and the calls and texts you ask Cortana for here. By using the site or asking her to call you, you agree to them. “We” means Cortana. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.

Cortana is an AI

Cortana is an AI phone assistant, not a person, and she tells you so when she calls. She can get things wrong. Nothing she says is a promise or an offer we have to honor: our prices are the ones on this website, and a business that signs up with us gets them in a written agreement. You can ask for a person on our team at any point in the call.

Calls you ask for

When you ask Cortana to call you, you confirm that:

• the number is yours, and you're 18 or older;
• you agree to a call with an AI voice, which may come right away, including evenings, weekends and holidays;
• you understand the call is recorded.

Agreeing to calls is not a condition of buying anything. Say “stop calling” on any call, or email us, and we won't call you again.

Texts from Cortana

If you tick “Text me a recap too”, you agree to automated texts from Cortana:

• What you'll get: a recap of your call, the confirmation and details of any time you book, and replies when you text Cortana's number, for example with your email for the calendar invite.
• How often: message frequency varies, usually a few texts around each call.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Stopping: reply STOP to any text. You'll get one text confirming it, then no more. Reply START to sign up again.
• Help: reply HELP, or email safa@joinsolidcrew.com.

Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls you book

When Cortana books a time with our team, we'll call you then at the number you gave. If we have to move it, we'll tell you. To change it yourself, reply to the calendar invite or email us.

Businesses that sign up

Cortana costs $300 a month and $1,000 to set up, month to month. A business that signs up gets a written agreement, and that agreement, not these terms, covers the service we provide.

Using this website

Don't enter someone else's number, try to break or overload the site or Cortana, or use them for anything unlawful. The site's content, design and sample calls belong to us; the businesses and people in the sample calls are made up.

No guarantees

We provide the website, the calls and the texts as they are. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise they'll always be available or free of mistakes, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. If we are liable to you for anything, the most we'll owe is $100.

The law that applies

These terms follow the laws of New Jersey and of the United States. Nothing here takes away rights you have under laws that can't be set aside by agreement.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept them.
