Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
Cortana is an AI phone assistant that calls new leads back for businesses. This policy covers this website and the calls and texts Cortana makes to people who ask for one here. “We” means Cortana.
When Cortana calls you on behalf of a business you contacted, that business decides how your information is used, and its privacy policy applies. We handle that information only to make the call for them.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your first name and mobile number, and your business name and email if you give them.
- Your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, when, and from which page, browser and IP address.
- The call: a recording and transcript (Cortana says the call is recorded when it starts), a summary, how long it lasted, and your answers to her questions, such as how you handle new leads today.
- Bookings: the time you book with our team, and your time zone, from your browser, so she offers times in your local time.
- Texts: the messages we send you and any you send to Cortana's number.
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To call you when you ask, answer your questions and book a time.
- To send the texts you asked for and the calendar invite for your booking.
- To keep a record that you asked us to contact you, and to stop when you tell us to.
- To improve what Cortana says, and to keep the service secure.
Cortana is an AI. What you say on the call is processed by AI services so she can understand you and answer.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Cortana, such as placing calls and texts, running her voice, storing records and hosting this website, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share it when the law requires it, or to protect people's safety or our rights.
Your mobile information: we don't share or sell your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
Google Calendar
Cortana connects to our own team's Google Calendar to see when we are free and to add the calls she books. Once you give us your email, on the form or by text, the event lists you as a guest and Google emails you the invite. We don't access your Google account. Our use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
We keep your consent record for at least four years, because it shows you asked us to contact you. We keep the rest only as long as we need it for the reasons above, then delete it. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we keep your number on a do-not-contact list so we don't call or text it again.
Your choices
- Calls: tell Cortana to stop calling, or email us.
- Texts: reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help.
- Your information: email safa@joinsolidcrew.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you. We'll answer within 30 days, wherever you live.
Security
Your information is encrypted on its way to us, and only our team and the companies above can reach it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise it never will be exposed, but we'll tell you if a breach affects you.
Children
Cortana is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date. Our Terms cover the rest of how the website, calls and texts work.
